Ingredients: wheat flour, tapioca flour, dry yeast, porous substance Easy Banh Bao Recipe: For the dough: 1 / Mix together the yeast, 100g of sugar and 200ml of the milk. Mix well until the yeast is completely dissolved. Leave 2 tablespoons of flour aside. Incorporate the mixture into the flour, then knead the dough for 10 min. Add 1 tablespoon of oil, then knead for another 10 min. 2 / Leave the dough to rest for 60 minutes covered with a cloth. 3 / Knead the dough to form a long roll and cut it into 8 equal parts.
